Your first 7 days are free and need no payment details. If you don’t choose a plan, you are never charged.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your billing page, or email info@curionext.com. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
- If Curio Flow isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment, or of an annual renewal, and we will refund that payment in full.
- If we charged you by mistake, for example twice, we will refund the extra charge.
- Outside these cases, payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or if we discontinue the service, in which case we refund prepaid time you haven’t used.
- When a payment is refunded in full, paid access for that period ends and the plan stops renewing. A partial refund doesn’t change your plan.
How refunds are paid
- Orders paid in US dollars are refunded by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.
- Orders paid in Indian rupees are refunded through Razorpay to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days after approval.
