These terms are an agreement between you and CurioNext Labs Private Limited (“CurioNext”, “we”, “us”) for your use of Curio Flow. By using Curio Flow you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Curio for an organization, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
1. Who can use Curio Flow
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
2. What Curio Flow does
Curio Flow is a planning assistant that works with your AI assistant and Google Calendar. Its estimates, schedules and plans are generated with software and AI. They can be incomplete or wrong. You stay responsible for your schedule, deadlines and decisions, and for checking official requirements such as grant rules. Curio Flow doesn’t give legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
3. Your account and connections
- You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your Curio account.
- You allow Curio to access your Google Calendar as described in the Privacy Policy. Curio only changes events it created.
- Your use of ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Google, Notion and other third-party services is governed by their own terms.
4. Free trial
Each Google account gets one 7-day free trial, starting when you first sign in. No payment details are needed. After the trial, planning and calendar updates need a paid plan. Your saved agenda stays readable.
5. Plans, billing and renewal
- Current prices are on our Pricing page.
- Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
- Plans billed in Indian rupees are processed by Razorpay, and prices include GST.
- Our order process for plans billed in US dollars is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle provides customer service for those orders and handles returns. Sales tax or VAT may be added depending on where you live.
- If we change a price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.
- If a renewal payment fails, planning and calendar updates may pause until payment succeeds.
6. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use Curio Flow to break the law; interfere with, overload or probe the service; get around usage limits or security; access other people’s data; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; send spam or harmful content; or resell access. We may set reasonable usage limits, such as the number of planning requests per hour or day.
8. Your content
You own the content you give Curio. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it only to provide Curio Flow to you. Make sure you have the right to share it.
9. Our service
We own Curio Flow and its software. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you. We may change features over time. Beta features, such as Grok support, may change or stop.
10. Third-party services
Curio Flow depends on services we don’t control, including Google, your AI assistant, Razorpay and Paddle. We aren’t responsible for them, and their availability can affect Curio.
11. Suspension and ending
You can stop using Curio and delete your account any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use creates risk for others, or if the law requires it. If we discontinue Curio Flow, we will give you notice and refund prepaid time you haven’t used.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, Curio Flow is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise that plans will meet your deadlines or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Curio Flow in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that can’t be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction. This doesn’t take away any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes before they take effect. If you keep using Curio Flow after that, the updated terms apply.
